Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for operating VMC machines, specifically focusing on Sinumerik controllers. Your main tasks will include tool runout checks, selecting appropriate tools as per the program, loading jobs onto the machine, setting up the vise and troughing, as well as maintaining 5S practices. Additionally, you will need to have hands-on knowledge of Sinumerik controls and update the working book regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Operate VMC machine - Hands-on experience with Sinumerik controller - Perform tool runout checks - Select tools according to the program - Load jobs onto the machine - Set up vise and troughing - Practice 5S methodology - Update the working book Qualification Required: - Experience: 2 to 4 years - Qualification: ITI or equivalent, apprenticeship training will also be considered Please submit your CV for further consideration.,
