Job Description

We are looking for skilled CNC/VMC Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and setting CNC/VMC machines, understanding engineering drawings, and maintaining production quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die, Production, or related field.
0–5 years of experience in CNC/VMC machine operation (freshers with good technical skills may also apply).
Knowledge of G & M codes, tooling, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
Ability to use basic measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and safety awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and specifications.
Perform tool setting, offset adjustments, and machine programming (basic editing).
Monitor machining processes to ensure precision, accuracy, and surface finish.
Conduct inspection and measurement of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.
Ensure proper maintenance of machines, tools, and workplace safety.
Troubleshoot minor machine/program issues and escalate when required.
Maintain production reports and follow quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

VNC Machine Operators: 1 year (Preferred)
