Creating visually engaging, innovative, and functional print, BTL, mobile and Web content. Ability to bring vision and concepts to life will be welcomed.

Thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design and customers and serving their brand’s purpose.


Responsibilities

As visual designer, responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, colour, space, and texture. Knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields will help create the apt content for the Brand


·      Present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to read, understand and find.

·      Prepare work by gathering information and materials.

·      Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.

·      Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.

·      Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes Copy/ Content writers, Video editors, Social Media Managers and Brand managers to create appropriate content.

·      Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, appealing, easy to use and emotionally engaging.

·      Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in visual design field.

·      Creating story boards for various creative content on various platforms

·      Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support learning.


Skills Required

·      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree/ diploma and experience in the graphic design field.

·      Expert level skills in Adobe Suite i.e. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects or Premier Pro and other relevant design tools.

·      Proficient in InDesign and Sketch is added advantage

·      Basic Understanding of Corel Draw

·      Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.

·      Proven ability delivering high quality designs to customers.


Other Requirements

·      A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing brand identities, grid systems, editorial layouts and applications for web, desktop and mobile.

·      Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.

·      Ability to deliver quality creative work on short deadlines.

·      Timeline oriented

.  Should be able to guide and train the team of junior designers.
