Visualiser - 3D

The candidate will be supporting the Visualization Lead (Property & Buildings UK) and participating in producing visualization content for clients on a daily basis. This includes creating public consultation photomontages, 4D visualizations of international airport projects, internal CG content, and immersive experiences to enhance key marketing themes. Your responsibilities will involve assisting clients in determining suitable solutions for their visualization needs, contributing to the development of new services in VIA and Digital Services teams, aiding other teams with visual aspects of their marketing and business development projects, fostering relationships with existing clients, and engaging in business development activities to secure new projects. Additionally, you will be expected to focus on personal development and stay updated on emerging technologies for project implementation. To qualify for this role, you should have a deep understanding of the use of visualization in the AEC industry, the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines, strong interpersonal skills for client interactions, excellent time management and prioritization abilities, a dedication to quality and continuous improvement, and proficiency in core 3D visualization skills such as modeling, texturing, lighting, basic animation, photography, and composition. Furthermore, you must have experience working with software including 3DS Max, Unreal Engine or Unity, V-Ray or Corona, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office at a competent level. Experience in Real-Time and Extended Reality project development is considered desirable.,
