Technical Leadership: o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. o Lead development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements. o Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. System Integration: o Work with Certinia application and APIs to integrate Accounts, Expenses, Invoices, and Revenue modules. o Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems. o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Collaboration and Support: o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical solutions. o Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications and integrations. o Document technical specifications, design solutions, and integration processes. Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Certinia Development Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Background in leading development projects and mentoring junior developers Demonstrated capability to work with business stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions Agile delivery experience using methodologies like Scrum or SAFe, and tools like ServiceNow, Jira and Azure DevOps.
