Degree / Bachelors in Arts or Design is preferredAs a Senior Visual Designer, you will be accountable for creating exceptional visual interfaces as an individual contributor and mentoring junior colleagues to achieve the same. You will independently plan, prioritize, and deliver visual design activities. You will lead client conversations within your domain, providing articulate recommendations and guiding client choices.Role & Responsibilities:Creative responsibilities:Visual interfaces for consumer/enterprise mobile apps (iOS, Android & Hybrid), responsive web apps and responsive websitesScalable design systems & component librariesVisualizations and infographics as per the needDeliverables/visual assets that communicate the mood, tone, look/feel to help clients position their product or serviceAssets and style guides for smooth handover of files to development teamsLeadership roles:Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to achieve goals of the projectIdentify and create micro interactions/transitions/gestures for each product/website youre designingManage and distribute work for junior visual designers and ensuring their time is utilized effectivelyBe involved in hiring process by taking interviews/assessing assignmentsSet new benchmarks in visual design and innovate constantlyMust have Skills:Visual design craft & expertiseKeen attention to detailKnowledge of grid systems, typography and color theoryProficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like FigmaAbility to present and explain your work to othersAbility to plan & deliver projects on time.Ability to manage and mentor peopleExpected Outcomes:Excellent pixel perfect visual designs for any application youre working on to meet goals of the projectContinuous communication between internal teams, project managers and stakeholdersIndependent documentation of UIHigh quality presentations for any visual designs being presentedTimely delivery for any task assigned to you or your menteeGrowth of mentees to ultimately become completely independentSpecial Notes:Freshers are not eligibleDegree / Bachelors in Arts or Design is preferredDetailed portfolio is must in which only individual projects / work must be showcased.Ability to create illustrations is preferred but not required
