Role Description

• Conceptualize and execute visual designs that align with the brand identity.
• Create compelling visual content across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, web).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement branding strategies.
• Design graphic and web assets, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Develop branding materials that support the brand's mission of individuality and storytelling.
• Maintain high standards of quality, creativity, and effectiveness in all design outputs.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the brand.

Qualifications

• Visual Design and Graphic Design skills
• 1.5+ years of Experience in Branding and Graphics
• Strong understanding of design principles and tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of motion design/3D is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Experience in the fashion or footwear industry is a plus
