Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing Production Assurance and Maintenance activities, including handling Incident reporting and management, Incident resolution and RCA, Real-time communication, Assigning defect severity and triaging, On-call Support, UAT support, and deployment. Additionally, you will be involved in Application Maintenance tasks such as Software maintenance, Disaster recovery Planning and support, Business Continuity planning and support, Application documentation, Release Management activities, Configuration management, Change Control documentation, and Metrics reporting. In the realm of Development Activities, your role will encompass tasks related to Business Requirements such as BRD Reviews, Impact analysis, and high-level estimation. You will also be involved in creating High-Level Design, Low-Level design, Build (development, Unit Testing, Code reviews, and static performance reports), User Acceptance Testing Support including Defect resolution, Performance testing Support and issue resolution, Implementation and Control tasks like Implementation support and Post-implementation support, Configuration Management, as well as Documentation and Reporting. Your key skills should include proficiency in Production, Business requirements, and High-level design.,
