Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our operations. Day-to-day tasks include calendar management, email management, preparing documents, conducting research, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative tasks such as calendar management, and email management
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong research capabilities and attention to detail
• Experience in the tech or startup industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
