We’re now looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support us with daily operational and team-related tasks.

About The Role:

This is not a technical role, and you won’t be expected to have marketing experience. Instead, we’re looking for someone highly organized, proactive, and dependable. Someone who loves to maintain structure, coordination, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Track tasks and follow-ups across the team.
• Maintain and organize internal documents and files.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding team members.
• Take meeting notes and summarize action points.
• Communicate with clients and vendors when needed.
• Help manage calendars, reminders, and recurring to-dos.
• Support the management with any ad hoc administrative or operational tasks.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• 10-12 months of experience in a virtual assistant, operations, or team coordinator role.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with tools/platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.
• Proficient in graphic design, particularly with tools like Canva.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and great at follow-through.
• Basic understanding of HR or team management processes is a plus.
• Can work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
