Videographer & Editor Intern

Role Overview

This is not your average “shoot & edit” internship.

You will be the visual storyteller behind one of India’s fastest-growing performance marketing agencies. Capturing our founder’s journey, team culture, client success stories, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production & Shooting

• Plan and shoot content for

  Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcast clips

  .
• Work directly with the

  founder (Arun)

  during shoots, manage framing, lighting, and direction.
• Capture high-quality

  behind-the-scenes visuals, interviews, and B-roll

  at the office and events.
• Maintain consistent brand style and professionalism in all videos.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit

  short-form (Reels, Shorts)

  and

  long-form (YouTube, podcast)

  content using

  CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Add captions, transitions, and brand elements for storytelling and retention.
• Use

  AI tools (Descript, Opus, Captions.ai, etc.)

  to optimize workflow.
• Repurpose old footage into new, trending formats.

Creative Direction & Collaboration

• Work with the

  Content Strategist

  and the founder to brainstorm new visual ideas.
• Stay updated with

  trending formats, hooks, and transitions

  that perform well in the performance marketing niche.
• Contribute ideas for campaign visuals, ad creatives, and storytelling moments.

Requirements

• Must own the

  latest iPhone (iPhone 13 or above)

  for on-the-go shooting.
• Must have a

  personal laptop

  capable of running editing software smoothly.
• 6–18 months of experience in

  video production or editing

  (freelance/college projects count).
• Familiar with

  camera gear, tripods, lights, and basic production setup.

• Strong sense of framing, storytelling, and creative timing.

• Passionate, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
