Videographer and Editor

We are looking for a motivated and creative Visual Storytellers (Videographer cum Video Editor) to join us and work with our creative team to plan, film and edit photo and video content as per client requirements and client briefs. You shall be part of the team assisting in various projects, contributing to the development and execution of creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing.

⦁ Develop and produce visual content for a wide range of purposes, including promotional materials, websites, social media, advertisements, documentaries, events, or news coverage.

⦁ Plan and organize shoots, including creating storyboards, shot lists, and schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.

⦁ Maintain and troubleshoot cameras, lenses, lighting, and other photography/videography equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

⦁ Edit and enhance photos and videos using software tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) to achieve the desired visual effects and quality standards.

⦁ Manage post-production processes, including color correction audio editing, special effects, and video/audio synchronization.

⦁ Work closely with clients, creative teams, or colleagues to understand their visual content needs and ensure the final product aligns with their vision.

⦁ Organize and archive photos and videos, maintaining a well-organized digital library for easy retrieval.

⦁ Ensure compliance with copyright laws and industry standards for image and video usage.

⦁ Stay updated on industry trends, equipment advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your skills and stay competitive.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating DSLR cameras along with mobile videography, knowledge of camera settings, composition techniques, and experience in capturing and editing high-quality visuals.
• Familiarity with photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), as well as knowledge of lighting equipment and accessories.
• Strong creative and artistic skills to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content.
• Familiarity with mobile videography/photography.
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to capture and edit images or videos with precision.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, as you'll often work with clients and teams to understand and meet their visual content needs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and environments, such as different shooting locations and lighting conditions.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your videography work is often required to demonstrate your skills and style.
• Adherence to ethical and legal standards, especially in regards to privacy and copyright laws.
• Candidates situated within 35 KMS radius (preferred)
