Video & Motion Graphics Designer

As a Senior Video & Motion Graphics Designer at Probo, you will be an integral part of our design and marketing team, responsible for creating engaging video advertisements, motion graphics, and animated content for various marketing channels. Your role will involve developing high-quality motion graphics for campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives, while collaborating with the creative team to ensure visually compelling content that aligns with brand messaging. Your responsibilities will include editing and optimizing video content, integrating visual effects and motion graphics seamlessly into video ads, and utilizing typography, color schemes, and visual storytelling to enhance brand identity and improve user engagement. You will be expected to work within given deadlines, delivering projects on time and to the highest quality standards, while staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table. To excel in this role, you should have 4-5 years of relevant work experience and proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, and Photoshop. A strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and movement is essential, along with experience working with motion design tools such as Lottie and Rive. Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus, as well as knowledge of AI tools for design to leverage AI in creating unique visuals or automating workflows. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects, including video ads, explainer videos, social media content, and branding animations. Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are crucial, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Preferred qualifications include experience in creating motion graphics and animations for interactive media or web design, knowledge of 2D and 3D motion design techniques, animation, and understanding of UX/UI design principles in relation to animation. The ability to adapt design style to various project needs and brand identities will be an added advantage.
