Video Editor & Videographer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing engaging videos, and contributing to the overall creative direction of video content. The role and responsibilities will depend on your skill set — either focused on editing, videography, or both.

Key Responsibilities:Videographer Responsibilities (if applicable):

• Plan, shoot, and direct video shoots (interviews, promos, events, product demos, etc.)
• Operate camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear
• Capture high-quality raw footage
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound recording on shoots
• Collaborate with creative team and clients to bring concepts to life

Video Editor Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content
• Add graphics, animations, text, and sound effects as needed
• Ensure final videos are consistent with brand guidelines and tone
• Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Stay updated on current video trends and editing techniques

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and/or videography
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Good sense of visual storytelling, timing, and pacing
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio or demo reel is mandatory

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Motion graphics/animation
• Photography skills
• Experience with drone videography
• Color grading expertise

Compensation:

• Salary is negotiable and will depend on your experience, portfolio, and performance
• Performance-based growth and incentives
