We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can bring properties to life through engaging video content that highlights their unique features and enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw property footage into polished, high-quality promotional videos.
• Create virtual tours, walkthroughs, and drone-based video edits for residential and commercial projects.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and background music to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to produce engaging content for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all videos are optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, color grading, and visual style.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate video trends and editing techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (real estate industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and audio mixing.
• Ability to work with drone and 360° footage (preferred).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio/reel showcasing real estate or similar video projects is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with real estate marketing content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
• Familiarity with SEO-based video optimization.
