Video Editor Intern

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Creator/Editor to join our team and assist in promoting our college through captivating video content on our social media platforms. As a Video Creator/Editor, your primary responsibilities will include filming and editing short, engaging videos that aim to educate, inform, and entertain our target audience. Your duties will involve developing and executing video concepts and scripts for a variety of video content, as well as filming and editing design-related videos, including promotional content. It will be essential to ensure that all videos are visually appealing and aligned with the brand's aesthetic and tone. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify the target audience and craft messages for each video accordingly. Moreover, you will be responsible for optimizing all videos for search engines, ensuring proper tagging and captioning. Staying updated on the latest video editing techniques and tools will be crucial, as you continuously seek ways to enhance the production quality of the videos. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Video Creator/Editor and be proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines are essential. Excellent organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are also required. Additionally, a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work is a must-have for this role. The position is full-time, and the work location is in person. Candidates should be willing to commute/relocate to Chandigarh, Chandigarh. Education-wise, a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience in video editing, video production, and overall work totaling at least one year is also preferred for this role.,
