About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Video Production Intern

Key Responsibilities:

a. Video Production:

• Assist in planning, scripting, shooting, and editing video content for various platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Operate camera equipment, set up lighting, and manage audio capture for video shoots.
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and campaign goals.
• Support studio and field-based video shoots, helping with set design, camera angles, and framing.
• Collaborate on video concepts that support campaigns, product launches, and educational initiatives.

b. Post-Production & Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished final cuts using editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Add motion graphics, animations, text overlays, and transitions to enhance video appeal and clarity.
• Optimise videos for social media platforms, ensuring proper format, resolution, and timing.
• Maintain organised file management of video assets and project backups.
• Implement feedback from internal stakeholders to revise and improve video outputs.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in mass media, film production, Communication, or a related field.
• Passion for filmmaking, storytelling, and video content creation.
• Familiarity with basic camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and design tools is a plus.
• Strong sense of visual composition, detail-orientated, and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio or sample work is highly encouraged and will be given preference.
