They should be proficient in video editing software and possess a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team and real estate agents to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos that highlight property features, amenities, and surrounding areas.
• Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance video content and convey key selling points.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video projects.
• Optimize video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate video marketing.
• Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving video content and processes.
• Collaborate with external vendors or freelance professionals as needed for specialized projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davici resolve, Photo shop, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and audio.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and innovate.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate video editing.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques is a plus.
