Job Description

Job Role Description:

Analyses specification of the system to be tested
Plans and layouts specific test design and sequences, test equipment to be used for the specific brake system.
Guides and directs qualified technician team on the set-up and performance of vehicle tests, including build in and preparation of test sensorics and analytics.
Oversees whole test program and prioritizes test tasks.
Documents and analyses the results and creates the respective reports.
Provides technical support and advice to accountable development team.

Professional Experience:

Hands on experience on commercial vehicle testing
System Knowledge of Air Brake ABS, EBS, ADAS, Transmission, Steering
Awareness of ECR13, IS11852, AIS 150 & other Automotive standards.

Task and Responsibility:

Vehicle testing
Brake system calculation
Instrumentation and data Acquiring
Homologation and Certification for vehicle level testing as per the IS 11852 or ECR 13
Technical Release form application point

Key figures (KPI):

Knowledge of vehicle testing with valid Commercial vehicle driving license
Knowledge of regulations
Handling customers
Brake system calculations
