Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI/ML models for patient risk prediction, diagnosis assistance, and personalized care recommendations.
• Integrate GenAI-driven features into Salesforce Health Cloud workflows.
• Work with healthcare datasets including EHR, claims, and IoT devices to develop robust ML models.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to implement scalable AI/ML pipelines.
• Deploy models using cloud-native services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI).
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and real-time prediction.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to communicate AI-driven insights to clinical and business users.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation for AI models in production.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML techniques and healthcare technology trends.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI/ML development with healthcare-focused projects.
• Strong experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, and GenAI frameworks.
• Proficient with cloud ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with large-scale healthcare datasets and structured/unstructured data.
• Understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory compliance.
  

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Certifications in AI/ML or Data Science (AWS ML Specialty, TensorFlow Certified Developer, etc.
• Experience integrating AI with Salesforce or SaaS platforms.
