Take on a new challenge and apply your embedded systems expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in delivering validation campaigns that ensure our systems meet the highest quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) standards. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business, including system, project, product, quality, and safety teams, contributing to global V&V strategies, and designing and performing tests, among other responsibilities.Youll specifically take care of specifying, designing, and validating test environments and tools, but also investigating and resolving defects identified during testing.Well look to you for:
Contributing to global V&V strategy definition and collaborating on V&V plansSpecifying and designing test architecture and test casesPreparing and performing test sessions, including creating test reports and change requestsConducting customer acceptance tests and participating in site tests, if applicablePerforming SW/SW and HW/SW integration and validationManaging V&V work products under configuration managementEnsuring test traceability against requirementsCollaborating on workload estimation and scheduling alignmentAll about you

Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Engineering IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent12+ years of experience in the verification and validation of complex embedded systemsExperience with DevOps and CI/CD development, including maintaining and sustaining CI/CD frameworksProficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, ADA, and scripting languages (e.g., Python)Experience with RTOS (Linux, VX Works, QNX) and hardware like NI Hardware (PXI, PCI, DAQ, RIO) or equivalentKnowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP and CANFamiliarity with standards such as CENELEC SIL4 / DO178A / DO178BSkills in black-box software testing, automating software tests, and containerization tools like Docker or PodmanDemonstrated ability to guide, influence, and collaborate in a matrix organizationStrong communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetExperience working with European customers is a plus but not mandatoryThings youll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
