UX/UI Designer

As a UX Designer in this company, your role involves translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. You will be responsible for facilitating the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Your key responsibilities include: - Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. - Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features. - Utilizing expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and others. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus. - Collaborating with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that align with client needs and vision. - Applying UX design best practices to design solutions and demonstrating a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles. - Iterating designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. - Emphasizing user-centered design and design thinking in all aspects of the design process. - Working effectively in a team setting by synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications. - Demonstrating passion for UX, design, and innovation by researching and showcasing knowledge of industry trends and technologies. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in UX design. - Strong skills in user experience, user interface design, and prototyping tools. - Clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,
