UX Lead

As a UI/UX design Professional at YASH Technologies, your role will involve utilizing your 6 to 8 years of UX designing experience in IT product design. You will be responsible for creating mockups using Figma, HTML, CSS and adhering to organizational UI design standards and components. Your proven experience in Agile/scrum delivery methodology will enable you to collaborate effectively with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, users, and Software Engineers to drive standards in the design process. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize UX designing experience to create mockups using Figma, HTML, CSS - Adhere to organizational UI design standards and components - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive standards in the design process - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies like React, 3rd party libraries like MUI, vibe coding, and AI tools Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of UX designing experience in IT product design - Strong proficiency in creating mockups using Figma, HTML, CSS - Experience working on organizational UI design standards and components - Proven experience in Agile/scrum delivery methodology - Good to have: Awareness and exposure to React, 3rd party libraries like MUI, vibe coding, and AI tools At YASH Technologies, you will have the opportunity to shape your career path within an inclusive team environment.
