About the Role:

UX-Driven Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver frontend and/or full-stack applications with a strong focus on user experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications into interactive and accessible user interfaces.
Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design.
Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on product features.
Optimize application performance and ensure smooth, seamless interactions.
Write clean, modular, and maintainable code with a focus on frontend architecture and scalability.
Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services efficiently.
Contribute to design system development and maintenance.
Conduct code reviews and share knowledge on UX best practices.
Stay current with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with TypeScript.
Knowledge of backend technologies and API integration.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience working with design systems and component libraries.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Exposure to user analytics and A/B testing.
