About the Role

Prologic Technologies is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences for our products and solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and stakeholders—to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant designs. If you have a passion for problem-solving, design thinking, and creating impactful user journeys, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Analysis

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights
• Translate findings into user personas, user journeys, and workflows
• Identify pain points and opportunities to improve product usability

Design & Prototyping

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Design intuitive interfaces that balance functionality with aesthetics
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure visual alignment with UX goals

Collaboration & Implementation

• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation
• Partner with product managers to define requirements and prioritize features
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development cycle

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
• Analyze usage data and feedback to refine and optimize user experiences
• Contribute to design system development and documentation

• Deliver impactful designs for ongoing projects
• Conduct user research to enhance product usability
• Contribute to establishing a design documentation process

Next 6–12 months:

• Take ownership of UX for major product areas
• Drive usability testing and implement feedback loops
• Collaborate on building a consistent design system

Year 2+:

• Grow into a Senior UX Designer / Lead UX role
• Mentor junior designers and lead UX strategy initiatives
• Influence product roadmap through design thinking
