UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and motivated UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web-based applications. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior designers and contribute to all phases of the design process, from initial research and concepts to creating polished visual designs and prototypes. This is an excellent opportunity for budding designers to develop their skills on complex, data-rich projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in translating user needs and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.

· Contribute to the creation of clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly final UI designs.

· Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to help ensure the accurate implementation of designs.

· Support user research activities, such as preparing materials for usability tests and taking notes during sessions.

· Learn and apply accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design principles to all project work.

· Actively participate in design critiques and embrace a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 1–5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field (including internships or significant project work).

· A portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and showcases your design process through case studies, wireframes, and polished UI examples.

· Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Familiarity with creating interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.

· A foundational understanding of what is possible on the front-end (basic HTML/CSS concepts) to facilitate effective communication with developers.

· A strong desire to learn and grow, with an eagerness to be mentored in UX research and usability testing.

· Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.

Preferred Skills

· Design Thinking and User Research skills

· Strong understanding of fundamental design principles and user-centered design practices.

· Experience working with or contributing to design systems.

· Experience or a strong interest in working within an Agile/Scrum environment.

· A portfolio that includes academic or personal projects related to data visualization or complex information systems.

· An interest in motion design and its application in creating delightful user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,423.97 - ₹51,049.11 per month
