UX Designer

Responsibilities:
• Prototype UIs and iterate on UI/UX design.• Drive meetings to solicit input from stakeholders.• Drive and ensure UI standards for look and feel are maintained.• Ensure accessibility standards are met.• Provide feedback to UI developers on PR reviews and demos.Requirements:• Ability to create, and refine user interface prototypes, incorporating feedback toimprove user experience.• Demonstrated experience in designing effective user interfaces and experienceswith HTML5.• Proficient in using CSS and/or SCSS to style web applications for polished,consistent, and responsive user interface layouts.Nice to Have:• Proficient in using Figma or similar prototyping and collaboration tools to designinterfaces and create interactive prototypes.• Familiarity with using SVG for scalable, high-quality graphics and icons in userinterfaces.• Familiarity with animations.• Ability to create and manipulate graphics, including designing and integratinglogos, icons, and other visual elements.• Skilled in selecting and applying color schemes, ensuring visual consistency andaccessibility, and maintaining or driving brand identity through design standards.• Understanding of font selection, typography principles, and their impact onreadability, accessibility, and overall user experience.
