Job Description

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

Translate product requirements and user stories into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
Create responsive web and mobile-first designs using
Figma
,
Adobe XD
, or similar tools.
Maintain a consistent design language, style guide, and component library across platforms.

User Experience

Understand workflows of various ERP modules: order creation, karigar allocation, QC, inventory, etc.
Conduct user research, gather feedback from internal teams/customers, and iterate design accordingly.
Design intuitive dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and timely implementation.
Communicate ideas clearly using design documentation, prototypes, and walkthroughs.
Coordinate with QA to validate UI/UX during development and post-deployment.

E-commerce Portal Specific

Optimize UX for catalog browsing, product comparison, checkout, and payments.
Design microinteractions for real-time stock updates, notifications, and offers.
Ensure brand identity is reflected in the portal through visuals, typography, and layout.
