About the Role

Figma

Key Responsibilities

Create user-friendly and visually appealing UI designs for web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using
Figma
.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user feedback to improve design decisions.
Maintain and expand design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
Ensure consistency across various platforms through thoughtful design patterns and best practices.
Participate in design reviews and present design concepts clearly to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience (2–5 years) as a UI/UX Designer.
Strong proficiency in
Figma
(auto-layout, prototyping, components, design systems).
Good understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Strong visual design skills with a good sense of typography, color, and layout.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have

Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
