User Interface Designer

As a User Interface Designer at LENS, your role involves optimizing existing user interface designs, communicating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, creating prototypes for new product ideas, and testing them before scaling. Your responsibilities also include organizing pages and information within a website or app for navigability and accessibility, building simplified versions of features or products to investigate problems and validate solutions, collecting and analyzing behavioral data and customer feedback for research, understanding the impact of elements like colors, fonts, images, and layout on user experience for visual design, designing blueprints to demonstrate how a solution works before finalizing the look, and examining whether solutions are working as intended through testing. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize existing user interface designs - Communicate with clients to understand business goals and objectives - Create prototypes for new product ideas and test them before scaling - Organize pages and information within a website or app for navigability and accessibility - Build simplified versions of working features or products to investigate problems and validate solutions - Collect and analyze inputs such as behavioral data and customer feedback - Understand how colors, fonts, images, and layout impact user experience for visual design - Design blueprints demonstrating how a solution works before finalizing the look - Examine whether solutions are working as intended through testing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision Studio, Axure, Figma, and Balasamiq - Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools - Experience with Design Systems, theming CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap and Foundation,
