Job Description

As a Senior UX Researcher, your role involves driving user-centric improvements by leading initiatives to enhance user experience through the strategic development of data tools, ensuring all solutions align with user needs and organizational business objectives. You will champion research in strategic decisions by collaborating with the UX team and broader organization to embed an evidence-based perspective into strategic decisions, advocating for user-centered, insights-driven solutions. Additionally, you will facilitate alignment among team members and stakeholders on research initiatives, driving shared understanding and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with the UX team to ensure research insights are integrated into design solutions, guiding product iterations that address user pain points and opportunities. - Overseeing UX research processes to streamline team workflows, optimize resource allocation, and ensure consistency in research, design, and development. - Implementing and maintaining best practices and tools for efficient collaboration and documentation across the UX team, enhancing project visibility and continuity. - Leading knowledge sharing by acquiring, analyzing, and clearly communicating research findings across multiple touchpoints to ensure alignment with expectations. - Shaping UX strategy by contributing to the overarching UX strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and supporting a unified vision for user-centered design. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of experience working within an in-house research team or relevant work experience. - Experience in quantitative and qualitative research methods. - Experience writing reports and internal communications. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. - Proven ability to work independently and collaborate with a cross-functional team. - Experience with agile process and delivery models. - A rigorous approach to documentation and organization.
