Job Responsibilities-
– Lead multiple design projects from concept to execution
– Conduct user research & usability testing, and apply findings to real outcomes
– Collaborate with stakeholders, developers & product teams
– Mentor junior designers and shape design culture
– Deliver detailed wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
– Present design rationale clearly and confidently
– Champion user-centered design across the board
What we’re looking for:
– 2+ years of UX/Product/Interaction Design experience
– A strong portfolio with deep case studies (not just screens, but stories)
– Mastery of Figma (a must), Adobe Suite (a plus)
– Skilled in user research, testing, and iterative prototyping
– Clear communicator and collaborative leader
Tools & Methods:
– Figma | Adobe Suite
– Interviews, surveys, usability testing
– Journey mapping, personas, design thinking, IA, and more
