User Experience Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at LTIMindtree, you will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and translate complex concepts into user-friendly designs while maintaining brand consistency. Iterating designs based on feedback, staying updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design, and ensuring designs are accessible and inclusive for all users are key aspects of this role. Your responsibilities will include having at least 6 to 12 years of experience working as a UX Designer with a proven track record. A Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field is required, or equivalent work experience. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. A strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design is essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment, experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus), knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices, as well as good knowledge of SQL are desirable for this role. Good communication skills are also important for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
