Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather insights for business visions, goals and end users through discovery workshops with stakeholders
• Conduct user research to identify the pain points, aspirations and challenges of end users
• Define persona, journey maps and storyboards to identify, communicate and priorities the opportunity areas which leads to creation of MVP (minimum viable product)
• Engages team and cross-functional stakeholders to make them understand users needs and guide the team in the creation of thoughtful interactive solutions
• Ideate about products main characteristics, functionalities, features and analyse steps of user interaction though user flows
• Leads the prototyping of product, always ensuring the usability of the products and their alignment with customers' needs
• Host usability testing sessions with end users to identify and improve the gaps in final designs before shipping them for development
• Enable development team and stakeholders to create user centred solution in less time, effort and iteration

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters of Design (B. Des. Or M. Des.) in Digital Design, User Experience Design or User Interaction Design
