Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices.
• Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customer experience.
• Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert into leads or sales.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US customers.
• Ability to manage CRM to maintain every customer record to ensure best in class service.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 1-Year to 4-Years

Skills:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computer problems, analyze them, and solve them.
• Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's.
• Must be Punctual.
