-3-5 years of experience in the US staffing.-Must have experience working with the prime vendor requirements.-Full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.-Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, with a focus on W2 positions.-Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Preferred Experience:
