  • Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
  • Strong work experience on w2.
  • Proficient with job boards, posting, sourcing, searching skills.
  • Ability to utilize various facilities of ATS for search of prospective candidates
  • At least 1+ years experience in US IT Recruitment with good organization.
  • Understand each job description and come up with creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients, prime Vendors, implementation partners.
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in the internal database
  • Responsible for End to End Recruitment cycle of IT consultants in USA


Required:

  • Should be good at communication skills.
  • Familiar with US Tax terms, different work status and Time Zone.
  • Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing. hiring candidates, Maintaining and building the candidate database.
  • Marketing OPT, H1b Transfer, H1B, GC, and Citizen Consultants.
  • Posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/requirements and finding requirements for them through other resources.
  • Checking for the right requirements that match our consultant profiles on various job portals.
  • Checking with the consultants comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of short listing for the job positions applied.
  • Should have 1+ years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment field.
