Jd :Must haves:
1. Proven experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (2 years with MS SQL Server, additional experience with databases such as PostgreSQL/Oracle a plus).
2. Experience with database design, indexing, normalization, and query optimization techniques (including performance profiling).
3. Priority focus on Microsoft products (MS SQL, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, Visual Studio)
JD:Proven experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (2 years working with MS-SQL Server).
Experience with database design, indexing, normalization, and query optimization techniques including the difference between join types and performance implications behind SQL commands and the syntax used to invoke them.
Familiarity with tools such as Synapse is desirable.
Familiarity with data modeling tools and practices.
Capable of understanding existing materialized views, write new ones and eventually optimize their performance/execution time.
Ability to work with large datasets and handle the associated performance challenges.
Understanding of database security and best practices.
Experience with ETL processes and tools (optional, but a plus).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
