Operations Manager Soft Services

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage
facility operations
including housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, and safety.
Supervise and coordinate the work of
staff, contractors, and vendors
to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure strict
compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
.
Optimize and streamline facility processes to
enhance efficiency and control costs
.
Monitor
budgets and manage resources
effectively.
Handle
emergencies, escalations, and operational troubleshooting
in a timely manner.
Implement and monitor
preventive maintenance programs
to ensure asset performance and longevity.

Desired Candidate Profile:

5–7 years of relevant experience in
facility management – soft services
.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment
.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Immediate availability will be preferred.
