Who We re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage development teams for web or mobile app projects.
• Define technical architecture, coding standards, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams product, design, QA, and DevOps.
• Ensure efficient and clean code practices with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Take ownership of backend/frontend/mobile modules and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct regular code reviews, performance checks, and security validations.
• Manage API integrations and system-level debugging across platforms.
• Prepare technical documentation and support the team in resolving complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior developers and assist with their upskilling.

Must-Have Skills:

Backend :

• Node.js, Express.js
• Java, Spring Boot
• API Integration (REST / GraphQL)
• Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
  

Frontend :

• React.js, Next.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Frontend Performance Optimization
  

Mobile App Development :

• Native Android (Java / Kotlin)
• Native iOS (Swift / Objective-C)
• Experience with Android Studio / Xcode
• Familiarity with mobile API integration and app store deployment

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 812 years of professional development experience in backend, frontend, or mobile app development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in team leadership, project ownership, or technical management.
• Strong experience in code optimization, debugging, and API-based architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, etc.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
