Basic Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical)/ DME with first class with minimum 60%of marks.
Overall work experience: 4-5 years with BE in the field of Heavy Equipment or Automotive Engine Design / Agricultural Equipment design
o CAD Tool: Should have hands on experience in Unigraphics NX (Siemens NX) for at least 3 years
Key Responsibilities
Create 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings using Unigraphics NX (Siemens NX).
Apply GD&T principles and ensure compliance with ASME industry standards.
Work on sheet metal, weldments, surface modeling, and large assemblies for off-highway vehicle components.
Manage and control CAD data within PLM systems (Teamcenter or equivalent).
Support engineering change management, design reviews, and prototype validation activities.
Prepare and review technical drawings, assembly diagrams, and Bills of Material (BOMs).
Develop structural and weldment drawings, as well as casting models and machining drawings.
Apply knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and ensure accurate use of welding symbols.
Identify and resolve vehicle integration issues in layout designs.
Familiarity with additional CAD tools (e.g., Creo).
Knowledge of tolerance stack-up analysis, weld symbols, and sheet metal design best practices.
Strong ability to work independently; self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
