Job Description

  • Support the existing applications developed in front end technologies and PHP
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic to learn from the team. Internship Experience will be an added preference.
  • Technical fluency in CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP
  • Knowledge of CSS frameworks such as Material design, Bootstrap etc
  • Knowledge of CMS frameworks such as Joomla, Wordpress etc
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub, Bitbucket
  • Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
Duties:
Responsibilities
  1. Supervising day-to-day activities of the HRMS
  2. Ensuring accurate use of various modules and activities such as leave management, attendance and shift management, payroll, and core HR modules.
  3. Work with designedt SPOC from HR team to strategize and execute plans of optimisng the use of HRMS system.
  4. Liaise with the existing support teams at Uknowva to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the use of the system.
  5. Monitor the clients use of the system and provide feedback to the companys support team.
  6. Overseeing all system upgrades and system addition in partnership with the IT department
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to the HR system to make it more user-friendly and effective for the client.
  8. Provide training and support to client HR users on how to use the HR system.
