Position Overview:

• We are looking for a UI/UX Developer with 5+ years of professional experience who is passionate about crafting intuitive interfaces and seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate will blend strong design sensibility with hands-on front-end development expertise, particularly in modern JavaScript frameworks. You will work closely with product owners, QA engineers, and software engineers to design and implement responsive, accessible, and visually appealing web and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces for web and SaaS-based applications using modern tools like Framer, Figma, or similar.
• Develop/Convert the designs into a web user interface using front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript).
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and developers to define intuitive user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure a consistent design system and brand identity across all digital platforms.
• Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility (WCAG standards), and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with UI/UX trends, AI-driven design tools, and emerging front-end technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Good to have exposure to modern frameworks (React, Angular, and Blazor).
• Expertise in UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), information architecture, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and passion for creating seamless user experiences.
