Responsibilities

Create original, high-quality designs (logos, icons, images, and graphics).
Design clean, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
Add animations, transitions, and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with business goals.
Simplify complex concepts (e.g., blockchain features in Web3) into intuitive designs.
Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate to improve designs.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines (colors, typography, style consistency).
Solve UX challenges such as navigation issues, unclear layouts, and accessibility gaps.
Deliver responsive designs that perform seamlessly across devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of proven experience as a
UI/UX Designer
, with exposure to
Web2 SaaS products
and
Web3 applications/dApps
.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects (mobile, web, and preferably blockchain platforms).
Expertise in design & prototyping tools:
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
.
Motion & animation design skills with tools like
Adobe After Effects, Lottie, Principle
(strong advantage).
Solid understanding of
user-centered design principles
, usability testing, and responsive design best practices.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
