Job Description

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 2-3 years

Mode: Onsite

Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Employment Type: Permanent

Notice period: Immediate or 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop user-friendly interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
Ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Stay updated with UX/UI trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and front-end development.
Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability.
Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS), design systems, and component libraries.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and data-driven design.
Familiarity with backend APIs, motion design, or AI-driven products.
