As a UI/UX Designer at Supportsoft Technologies, your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive user experiences through mockups, prototypes, and visual designs. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user interaction and overall design quality for digital projects and products. Your role will involve conducting user research, designing interfaces, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of front-end design elements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create mockups, visual designs, and prototypes to deliver user-centric solutions - Utilize expertise in User Experience Design (UED) principles and methods to enhance user experiences - Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements - Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools effectively - Apply problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity to improve usability - Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design will be advantageous **Qualifications:** - Expertise in creating Mockups, Visual Design, and Prototyping - Strong knowledge of User Experience Design (UED) principles and methods - Understanding of Front-End Development processes and collaboration - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools - Ability to create user-centric designs and improve usability - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and creativity - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred,
