UI/UX Designer

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Design user-centered interfaces across web and mobile platforms (wireframes, mockups, and prototypes).
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design improvements.
• Develop design systems, UI kits, and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from users, peers, and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance across all designs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills across multiple platforms.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
