UIUX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Schbang Labs in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, your primary responsibility is to conduct user research to gain deep insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Your role will also involve creating visually engaging UI components, layouts, and graphics that are consistent with Schbang's brand identity and enhance user experience across platforms. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a must, and you should have a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, user research insights, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this role, as you will be working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
