As a mid-senior level UI/UX Designer (SaaS) at Ventuno, you will play a crucial role in the engineering team by leveraging your problem-solving skills and self-driven attitude. Responsibilities: - Define and establish a common, unified UI library. - Build storyboards, user flows, wireframes, low and high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. - Create responsive designs and iterate across multiple projects simultaneously. - Define entire user experiences, information architectures, and interaction concepts for web and mobile applications. - Work closely with the founding team, contributing to key product decisions. - Generate highly functional designs and prototypes for user testing, providing tangible reference points for the development team. - Shepherd the user experience across web, mobile, and connected TV solutions, guiding the vision and strategy. Requirements: - Solid product design portfolio. - Extensive experience in UX, UI, interaction, and visual design. - Ability to design autonomously in a responsive, fluid environment and work effectively in an agile setting. - Innovative mindset with a high interest in solving complex product challenges. - Proficiency in prototyping tools like InVision, Framer, Marvel, etc. - Comfortable with ambiguity in early production stages. - Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about designing intuitive user experiences. - Preference for clean, minimalistic user interface designs. - Open to receiving and growing from constructive feedback.
