UI/UX Designer

Your Role

• Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for ProofHub's web and mobile applications.
  
• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs.
  
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.
  
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs continuously.
  
• Maintain design consistency across the platform by following and contributing to design guidelines.
  

Must Have

• 2 - 3 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in product-based companies.
  
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
  
• Experience designing for both web and mobile products.
  
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
  
• Ability to create high-fidelity designs as well as low-fidelity prototypes/wireframes.
  
• Hands-on experience in creating original illustrations, icons, and graphics from scratch (not just using pre-made assets).
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• While applying, candidates must share samples of live projects/portfolio.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of JavaScript basics to better collaborate with developers.
  
• Experience working on SaaS products or productivity tools.
  
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  
• Ability to conduct user research and competitor analysis.
  
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  
• Motion/interaction design skills (micro-animations, transitions).
